Zabarw.pl - Terms and Conditions

By using Zabarw.pl (the service) you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Zabarw.pl reserves the right to update and change the Terms & Conditions.

1. Non-commercial usage of the service is provided free of charge.
2. Images are not stored on the server (excluding images uploaded to the forum). The only information kept on the server is colorization information - it is automatically retrieved when the same image is opened again.
3. Colorization information is stored on the server for indefinite amount of time. Currently this data is not removed from our database, but availability of it is not guaranteed in the future.
4. It is forbidden to place in the service:
   • ads,
   • racist content, pornography, etc.,
   • insulting, vulgar content,
   • content that violates the law or third party rights.
5. The administrator does not guarantee the correct operation of the service, and takes no liability for any damage caused by its use.
